We're looking for a full-time Paint Applicator to join our team. We’re a family-run business that takes pride in quality work, a positive shop atmosphere, and taking care of the people who work with us. Responsibilities
- Spray powder coating and baking enamels on metal parts.
- Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and masking materials.
- Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and consistency.
- Clean and maintain spray equipment, booths, and work areas.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Help keep the shop running smoothly as part of a supportive team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques
Qualifications
- Experience with powder coating, spray painting, or industrial finishing is preferred.
- A good eye for detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and products.
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a production environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with the company.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
