We are a growing healthcare organization with several clinics within the Greater Toronto Area. Our organization provides a wide spectrum of medical services and products within the healthcare industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Kinesiologist / PTA to join our Multidisciplinary clinic located in Orangeville. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing healthcare organization and build their career. We will be hiring for Part-time with the goal of it being Full-Time after training is completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working under a Physiotherapist direction to provide manual and exercise based treatment
- Help in implementing programs including therapeutic exercise, education, and use of modalities (IFC/Tens, US, Laser, etc)
- Providing injury prevention and health promotion
- Book appointments and follow-up with clients

- Advances knowledge of exercise and anatomy

- Commitment to quality care and service delivery
- An interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary health care team
ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
