We are currently seeking a:
Digital Health Specialist
Permanent (Full Time 37.5 hours/week)
(Annual Salary Range - $61, 297 - $70,555)
What we’re looking for:
- A self-motivated, avid information technology professional with high emotional intelligence who is driven to make a positive difference in healthcare and loves to support clinicians and patients through the change process involved in adopting new digital health tools;
- Passion for implementing and evaluating digital health tools, with demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to varied practice contexts and a commitment to ensuring and sustaining quality;
- Strong communication skills, tech savvy and works well with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and collaboration with partners; and
- Experience of at least 2 years in a change management role and/or comprehensive client support role in the Digital Health Technology environment.
What you can expect to do:
- Work with various partners to establish, implement & evaluate digital health tools used across various health care models;
- Use your expertise in project management to develop and implement plans;
- Collaboratively monitor Digital Health projects and work closely with Quality Information Decision Support Specialists and other invested partners;
- Travel to partner sites as needed.
