Position Title: Manager - Mine Geologist

Purpose
Provide strategic leadership for the Mineral Resource (MR) department of Lion One. Responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting, and delivery of MR activities. The objective is to increase the value of the mineral resource asset through improved utilisation, resource growth, discovery, or acquisition/divestment.
Key Accountabilities / Activities
Oversee budget preparation and monitor budget compliance.
Manage the delivery of approved work programs.
Develop and implement discovery strategies.
Manage work allocation to ensure resource replenishment.
Maintain legal compliance of MR activities.
Maintain Lion One tenement package.
Manage Lion One joint venture exploration activities.
Identify regional exploration opportunities.
Human Resources: recruitment, training, and succession planning.
Management of all Lion One geoscience data.
Orebody knowledge and mineral system studies.
Manage resource estimations and public reporting.
Manage geoscience-related news releases to meet ongoing disclosure requirements.
Implement business improvement programs.
Deliver quality mineral assay and metallurgical testing services.
