Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities utilizing door-to-door outreach and mall/specialty event to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Close sales deals that benefit both the client and the company
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to submit sales and manage customer data
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating technical knowledge when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries
- Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies relevant to sales efforts
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, or telecom sales with a focus on business development
- Strong communication skills to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively
- Ability to develop strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services is a plus
