Responsibilities

- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.

- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A valid barbering license or certification as required by local regulations.
