Overview
We are urgently hiring experienced Vac Truck and DZ Drivers to operate commercial vehicles for waste management, industrial cleaning, and related services. This role involves driving heavy-duty trucks, managing equipment, and ensuring safety compliance on the job site. Candidates with a strong work ethic and relevant driving experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Operate vac trucks and DZ trucks safely and efficiently during daily assignments
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Load, unload, and secure freight or equipment as required
- Assist with heavy equipment operation when necessary, including forklifts and other machinery
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed and vehicle usage
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status and safety concerns
Experience
- Valid DZ license with a clean driving record is required
- Prior experience operating vac trucks or heavy-duty commercial vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of forklift operation, freight handling, or heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Basic automotive repair skills are advantageous for vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience in industrial cleaning or waste management industries is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
Pay: $27.00-$43.00 per hour
