We are seeking an experienced and dependable Gluing / Windowing / Tray Forming Machine Operator to join our packaging manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining gluing, windowing, and tray forming machines used in the production of paperboard and folding carton packaging. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Set up, operate, and monitor gluing, windowing, and tray forming machines.
- Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and job specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production and quality requirements.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
