Job Overview:
Gunther Construction has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. We have a wide range of industrial and commercial experience, with a specialization in foundations and concrete projects. Currently, we are looking for a Carpenter Foreman.
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project success
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Lead and supervise a small crew
- Build custom wood concrete forms
- Preparing for and pouring concrete
- Rebar install
- Working with cementitious and epoxy grout
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various parties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $55.39 per hour

Experience:
- Concrete: 7 years (preferred)
- construction: 10 years (preferred)
- formwork: 7 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- CSTS 2020 (required)
