Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused ORO Service Advisor to join our Powersports dealership team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a positive service experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of powersport and marine repair processes, and the ability to upsell services effectively. Previous dealership experience and mechanical knowledge are highly valued, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Service Advisor will coordinate between customers and technicians to deliver timely, accurate, and satisfactory service solutions.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customer understanding
- Prepare detailed service estimates, including parts and labor costs
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages that benefit the customer's vehicle health
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of services
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation of all services performed
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and sales activities
- Assist in promoting dealership services, specials, or promotions to maximize sales opportunities
Experience
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; relevant mechanic experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand repairs and maintenance procedures
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
