Summary
The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, financial performance, and team development. This role actively promotes the hotel and NCHR brand in the local community through engagement and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Ensure guest service standards are met or exceeded.
- Implement programs to improve guest satisfaction and solicit guest feedback.
- Maintain a visible presence with guests.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus.
Team Leadership
- Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration.
- Support and mentor department managers and team members.
- Identify training needs and support team development.
Operational Oversight
- Lead daily hotel and restaurant operations to meet service and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and cost control.
- Ensure SOP compliance across all departments.
- Conduct regular inspections for quality, safety, and readiness.
Sales & Business Development
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Build local partnerships and represent the brand in community events.
- Track and respond to guest reviews within 48 hours.
Facilities & Compliance
- Ensure property safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor preventive maintenance with HO Project Manager.
- Manage energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain a daily log and submit monthly reports to Head Office.
- Be on call 24/7 for urgent issues or emergencies.
- Achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction goals.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
