Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and beauty services to enhance our clients’ appearance and confidence. This role requires a dedicated individual with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. The Aesthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and guest services to ensure a memorable experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Perform skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide makeup application and nail care services tailored to client preferences
- Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and guest inquiries
- Conduct retail sales by recommending products suited to clients’ skin types and needs, including upselling where appropriate
- Demonstrate product demos to educate clients about new skincare lines or treatments
- Engage in effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and confidence
Experience
- Prior experience as an aesthetician or in a related beauty or wellness role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is advantageous
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and guest services is highly desirable
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
