POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering the quality food and service our guests have come to expect. You will be responsible for meal preparation, station organization, food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Prior experience with breakfast menus is an asset but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating as needed
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Assist with station setup, food preparation, and daily kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as required
- Participate in daily and weekly cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes during service
- Support efficient kitchen operations during peak business periods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food handling and food safety practices
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and punctual attendance
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Breakfast cooking experience is an asset but not required
