Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on talent management initiatives including succession planning, employee evaluation, and training & development programs.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing HRIS systems.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts while fostering positive employee relations through effective communication skills.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within human resources management environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques.
- Experience conducting interviews across various levels including executive recruiting and entry-level roles.
- Understanding of employment & labor law compliance as well as employee orientation and employee relations practices.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, lead generation, and training & development initiatives.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $17.48-$44.55 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
