Mechanical Service Technician – Saskatoon, SK
This COR-certified client is hiring a Service Tech to repair, install and maintain specialized equipment used in agriculture, including fertilizer and propane handling equipment.
This opportunity is ideal for a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic or similar background with equipment experience—no trade certificate required.
What You’ll Work On
- Propane trucks and tank systems
- NH3 (anhydrous ammonia) fertilizer equipment
- Liquid fertilizer systems
- Bulk storage tanks
- Agricultural wagons and application equipment
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment
- Install fertilizer and propane equipment
- Assemble tanks, wagons and plumbing systems
- Perform tank inspections and hose testing
- Remount propane tanks onto trucks
- Shop and field work
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with industrial agriculture, equipment or automotive repairs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Welding, fabrication or basic electrical experience is an advantage
- Basic tools - specialized tools supplied
- A safety-first attitude is a must for this COR-certified client
