Suzanne’s is building a brand-new sales team for our new Morgan Crossing location!
We are recruiting part-time Wardrobe Specialists who are passionate about fashion, confident in sales and excited to help customers find clothing they love.
As a Wardrobe Specialist, you will connect with customers, identify their needs, recommend and coordinate outfits, and confidently complete the sale. You will be expected to work toward individual and store sales goals while delivering Suzanne’s personalized, one-on-one customer service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a personalized shopping experience that inspires every customer to look and feel beautiful.
- Connect with customers using Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to understand their needs, recommend products and confidently complete the sale.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales and KPI goals through active selling, outfit building, product knowledge and exceptional service.
- Build meaningful customer relationships that encourage loyalty, repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay current on Suzanne’s merchandise, fashion trends, promotions and new arrivals.
- Process purchases, returns and other transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
- Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
- Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
- Punctual and reliable.
