Are you passionate about health, wellness, and creating delicious, nourishing drinks?
We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Smoothie/Barista Team Member to join our wellness-driven restaurant!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience (AT LEAST 1+ years) as a barista with strong passion for crafting quality beverages
- Knowledge of supplements, superfoods, and wellness ingredients (or eagerness to learn!)
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and overall well-being
- Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills
- Team player with strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for someone with open availability, Monday - Sunday, from 6 AM to 9 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare smoothies, fresh pressed juices, specialty coffees, and wellness drinks to recipe standards
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing customer orders and payments efficiently as well as UberEats Orders
- Educate customers on ingredients, supplements, and menu benefits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and uplifting workspace
- Provide warm, welcoming service to every guest
- Support daily operations as needed and assist in inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively.
- Uphold high standards of quality in both food preparation and presentation.
