Interacting, welcoming, and seating guests with a positive attitude.
Providing excellent customer service skills to guests during their dining experience.
Making recommendations to guests about food selections, drink selections, etc.
Taking food and drinks orders in a timely fashion.
Learning the seasonal menus and specials.
Cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables to prepare for the arrival of more guests.
Ability to use Point of Sale systems, take payment, settle credit card machines, and cash deposits.
Ability to multi-task with different guests and different duties such as bussing tables, running food and drinks, taking orders and taking payment, etc.
Work bigger functions such as weddings, birthday parties, conferences, meetings, etc.
Ability to dissolve conflict, problem solve, and take constructive criticism.
Ability to learn quickly, work as a team and jump in to help when you are needed.
Availability must include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Must be reliable with a passion for people and the service industry.
