Key Qualifications
- Licensure: A valid plumbing license is required. A gas fitter license (G2 or higher) is a major asset.
- Experience: Strong, proven experience in residential construction and service environments.
Skills That Set You Apart
We’re looking for people who can handle more than the basics, people who want to use the full range of their abilities. Ideal candidates bring experience in:
- Well pump service, installation, and troubleshooting
- Backflow testing (current certification preferred)
- Maintenance and installation of basic agricultural equipment
- Servicing and maintaining lift pumps and sewage ejectors
- Residential HVAC familiarity, including component identification, filter changes, and basic inspections
- Installation and servicing of water treatment systems (softeners, UV lights, filtration units)
- Drain cleaning using power augers and camera inspection equipment
- Hydronic heating systems, including boilers and radiant floor applications
- Installation, repair, and servicing of all water heater types (tankless and conventional)
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics
