About the Role
We are currently seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Servers and Bartenders to join our on-call team supporting a variety of catering companies throughout the Greater Vancouver area. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy working at weddings, corporate functions, galas, private parties, and special events while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
Servers
- Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service
- Set up banquet rooms, buffets, and dining areas
- Serve plated meals, family-style service, buffet service, or passed appetizers
- Refill beverages and attend to guest requests promptly
- Clear tables and assist with event cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with event captains, chefs, and fellow team members
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Bartenders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Set up, stock, and maintain bar stations when required
- Monitor inventory and replenish supplies during events
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working efficiently during busy service periods
Qualifications
- MUST Previous experience as a server, banquet server, bartender, or in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various event locations throughout the Greater Vancouver area
- Serving It Right certification required for bartenders (preferred for servers)
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is considered an asset
