We are a Pakistani Street Food Restaurant in Milton looking for an energetic and experienced Front Counter person. We are hiring part time.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Greeting customers and accurately taking orders both in person and over the phone.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
- Master point-of-service (POS) computer system for accurate and fast order taking specially for large influx of orders over the phone.
- Prepare quick serve desserts and house made drinks available on our menu.
- Be able to multi task and complete prep lists simultaneously while working the front counter.
- Jump in to help kitchen line at sandwich and fryer stations as and when required.
- Finding extra tasks during slower periods.
The ideal candidate would have:
- At least 1 year cashier/front counter or serving experience in a fast paced restaurant setting is mandatory.
- Fluency in spoken English. Fluency in spoken Urdu/Hindi is a must.
- Willingness to learn
- Positive customer driven attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
