We are seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our roofing team. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial roofing.
No roofing experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
- Carrying and loading roofing materials such as shingles and plywood
- Tearing off old roofing materials
- Using basic hand and roofing tools
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Working at heights while following all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work at heights (required)
- Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs or more
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Understanding that roofing work is weather-dependent, and flexibility may be required to take advantage of workable days and hours.
- Ability to reliably get to and from the shop on time
Assets (Not Required but preferred)
- Previous construction, labor, or roofing experience
- Valid driver’s license
Transportation to job sites is provided, however you must be able to reliably commute to the shop each day.
