Residential & Airbnb Cleaner / Driver – Coastal & Co. Cleaning
Coastal & Co. Cleaning is a fast-growing cleaning company based in North Vancouver, specializing in residential, move-out, deep cleaning, and Airbnb turnover services throughout North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Vancouver.
We are currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous professional cleaning experience who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and enjoys working independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous residential, Airbnb, move-out, or deep cleaning experience
- High attention to detail and strong cleaning standards
- Reliable transportation and comfortable driving between jobs
- Valid work authorization in Canada
- Good communication skills and professionalism with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a small business
Job Responsibilities
- Residential maintenance cleans
- Deep cleans and move-out cleans
- Airbnb turnover cleanings and staging
- Laundry pickup/drop-off to our North Vancouver office when needed
- Reporting damages, missing items, or issues noticed during cleans
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
