As the Director of Student Services , you'll oversee key aspects of the student experience, ensuring every student feels welcome, supported, and inspired during their stay. You’ll lead a team dedicated to excellent customer care and vibrant campus life, serving as the bridge between staff and students while championing EF’s commitment to world-class service.
Lead and inspire: Lead and support teams responsible for the student experience, fostering a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture.
Oversee the student journey: Coordinate student services, housing, and activities to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from arrival to departure.
Safeguard and support: Oversee student welfare and discipline, responding proactively to issues with empathy, professionalism, and care.
Drive operational excellence: Maintain and implement high operational standards, improve processes, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication and the overall student experience.

- Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. This range can vary by experience and will be evaluated through the interview process.
