Position:
Woodland Manufacturing is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:
· Owning the customer experience behind every order. Managing incoming orders and communication with customers from entry through to delivery.
· Responding to customer requests and inquiries.
· Helping shape our sales tools as they grow. We're building our own digital order and quoting systems in-house. From smarter quoting to real-time order tracking to make the whole sales process faster and easier for our customers. You'll work directly with our internal team, giving feedback and ideas that shape how these tools develop as the business evolves. This is a chance to help build something, not just use it.
The ideal candidate has:
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
· A customer-service and continuous-improvement mindset.
· Confidence working with ERP or order-management systems, and a willingness to learn new tools as they roll out.
· The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
· The drive to work independently and take ownership of the order process from entry through to delivery. We're not just looking for someone to input data, we want someone who can help build on and improve our systems, sharpening both our internal operations and the customer experience.
Wage Range:
