Tasting Room Associate
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests warmly and enthusiastically.
- Lead tastings, share our story, and promote wine sales and membership in our wine club.
- Handle tasting room operations, including sales transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining wine inventory.
- Support the achievement of sales goals.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to uphold a spotless and welcoming winery environment.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid Serving It Right certificate.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist across various business areas (Tastings, Retail Sales, Restaurant).
- Passionate about wine, hospitality, and engaging with people.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a dedicated work ethic.
- Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and guests.
- Availability to work weekends throughout the season.
