Position: Graphic / Web Designer
Location: Brockville, Ontario
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 / week, Mon-Fri
Salary Range: Salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design print and digital marketing materials including: Brochures, Flyers, Business cards, Signage, Social media graphics, Advertisements
- Email marketing assets
- Develop and maintain brand identities for clients.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production requirements.
- Create engaging visual content that aligns with client objectives.
Web Design & Development
- Design and build responsive WordPress websites.
- Create website mockups, wireframes, and page layouts.
- Upload and organize website content.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and user-friendly.
- Assist with website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Implement basic SEO best practices.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
- Present design concepts and revisions professionally.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, developers, and account managers.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of graphic design and/or web design experience.
- Proven graphic design knowledge with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on a Mac platform
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Knowledge of pre-press file preparation, including font management and support file links, is considered a plus
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
