SALARY: The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 per hour.
SHIFT: This role operates on a variable schedule, with shifts typically up to 8 hours on peak days based on business needs. Flexibility is required, including availability to work varying days and hours.

Stanley Park Brewing is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Brand Ambassador & Events Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing grassroots community events, building meaningful local partnerships, and creating memorable experiences that grow awareness and love for the Stanley Park Brewing brand.
This role is equal parts event coordination, brand storytelling, relationship building, and hands-on execution. One day you might be organizing a community sampling event, and the next you could be pouring beer at a festival, setting up a booth, or collaborating with our sales and marketing teams on new initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Execute Stanley Park Brewing’s grassroots community engagement strategy to drive trial, awareness, and brand affinity
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, clubs, associations, first responders, and other community partners
- Identify and coordinate sponsorships, sampling opportunities, and community partnerships that align with the SPB brand
- Become a knowledgeable ambassador for the Stanley Park Brewing portfolio and brand story
- Develop and maintain monthly event and sampling plans aligned with annual goals and KPIs
- Track, evaluate, and report on the success of events and activations
Events & Activations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and brand activations throughout the Lower Mainland
- Set up and tear down event booths, signage, draught systems, and promotional materials
- Assist with transportation, organization, and upkeep of event equipment and merchandise
- Load in/load out kegs and troubleshoot draught equipment when needed
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at all events
Sales & Team Support
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with product samplings, merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure events and activations are executed seamlessly
- Provide ongoing feedback and creative ideas to help evolve and improve the program
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people person who loves building relationships and engaging with the community
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Passion for craft beer and enthusiasm for the Stanley Park Brewing brand
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a proactive, “make it happen” attitude
- Comfortable with hands-on physical event work, including lifting and setup/teardown duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required by events
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Average of 20 hours per week, up to 30 hours in peak summer season
- Primarily field and event-based role

Combination of independent work and collaboration with the broader Sales & Marketing teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education or experience with sales, marketing, events, or other brand ambassador experience, ideally in a CPG or beverage environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
