Best Marketing Co. is a boutique, full-service marketing company based in Alberta serving some of the most established companies in oil and gas, construction, resource industries, and an expanding presence in CPG and liquor. Our clients are industry leaders - and we make sure they look like it.
We're looking for a sharp, accountable content creator who holds themselves to an uncompromising standard. Someone who is motivated intrinsically by their desire to do great work - and is eager to grow in their role as a marketer. This role will work with clients in the liquor, CPG, and industrial spaces, and include a great deal of creative freedom as you manage and produce a wide range of content across diverse industries and channels. Ideally someone who is nuts about social media, comfortable being on camera, and wants to truly build accounts vs. just check boxes.
The Job:
— Create compelling content across social platforms - posts, reels, stories, and campaigns that reflect each brand's identity
— Appear on camera and help produce video content for client brands
— Edit videos for social media, internal use, and digital campaigns
— Support our graphic design team on asset creation and branded materials for clients
— Manage website updates and basic maintenance across client sites
— Handle marketing admin - scheduling, reporting, content calendars, coordination, and outreach
— Bring ideas to the table without being asked
Who we're looking for:
— Someone with a marketing degree
— Based in Edmonton, AB, or Calgary
— Established content creator - whether that is on a personal or business basis
— Outgoing, strong personality
— Strong social media instincts
— Comfortable being on camera
— Social Media video editing skills - advanced is an asset
— A clear communicator who keeps people informed - not one who goes quiet
— Organized enough to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
— Former Varsity Athlete experience is a plus - our whole team played NCAA or U Sports!
Work is hybrid remote & in-person. This is considered an entry-level job - ideal for a recent graduate who has been passionate about content creation. Please be ready to submit a creative portfolio in addition to your resume!
Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
