Successful candidates will begin in a paid childcare position within one of our partner daycare locations, where they will receive hands-on training and mentorship in daily childcare operations, parent communication, curriculum implementation, health and safety practices, enrollment procedures, and program management.
As trust, leadership, and experience are developed, qualified candidates may be considered for a future partnership opportunity to open and operate a home daycare with the support and guidance of Berry & Co.
