Job Title: Sales
Cemarose Children’s Fashion Boutique is a trendsetting children's clothing store located in downtown Vancouver, offering a great selection of international luxury brands and independent designer brands in children's clothing, both in-store and online. We carry over 30 kids' fashion brands such as Fendi, Givenchy, BOSS, Balenciaga, Bonpoint etc. We are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join us and help us grow.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, this includes but not limited to instore & online.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members.
- Supply and stock management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Assist Store Manager and Assisting Store Manager on general store operations.
- Responsible for the store organize and tidiness.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- One-year related work retail experience
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak Mandarin is an asset
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous experience with luxury clothing retail is preferred
- Experience with international marketing is preferred
