About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our automotive parts team. This is a hybrid position that combines local deliveries with customer service and counter sales.
Some days you'll be delivering parts to customers, while other days you'll be assisting at the front counter, answering phones, helping customers, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive parts to local customers in a timely manner.
- Assist customers at the front counter.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with parts inquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Help organize inventory and track cores.
- Coordinate with drivers and assist with daily operations.
- Follow up with customers when needed.
- Occasionally visit local mechanic shops to introduce our products, build relationships, and promote our business.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers.
Requirements
- Valid G driver's license.
- Own reliable vehicle for local deliveries.
- Comfortable driving throughout the GTA.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Automotive parts experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Flexible availability, including occasional Saturdays.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
