ASI Corp is seeking an aggressive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager/Trainer in our Markham, Toronto office. A Business Development Manager/Trainer is to develop and execute sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base and expand into new markets.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and expand product line presence across retail, photo specialty, and B2B channels in Canada;
· Manage key retail and photo channel partners, including forecasting, promotions, pricing alignment, and inventory planning;
· Deliver product training to retail staff, sales teams, and channel partners;
· Support in-store demos, roadshows, trade shows, and customer events;
· Ensure brand consistency in merchandising, displays, and marketing execution;
· Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, and reorder cycles to proactively generate repeat orders;
· Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to align product strategy, channel execution in order to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
· 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in consumer electronics, particularly in imaging, action cameras, drones, audio/video products, or related accessories;
· Strong market knowledge and analytical skills to identify and leverage sales opportunities;
· Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including visits to key retail partners, B2B customers, photo channel accounts, trade shows, roadshows, and in-store training or product demonstrations across Canada;
· Analytical mindset with experience using sell-through, POS, and inventory data
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with proven experiences in channel sales.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
