Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality service in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and Christmas lights installation
- Safely operate and maintain equipment such as ladders, water-fed poles, scrubbers, squeegees, and pressure washers
- Collaborate with team members for smooth, efficient service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service — be friendly, respectful, and professional
- Always follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, or Christmas lights installation (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- Comfort working in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable climbing 30–40 ft ladders
- Comfortable walking on roofs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong ability to follow and give instructions accurately
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and their own car
- Experience installing Christmas lights is an asset
- Additional trade or exterior‑maintenance experience is a plus
