We are seeking a meticulous Production Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are assembled, tested and painted with the highest standards. Ensure the conformity of product to required specifications fulfill corporate goals and standards.
- Assembly, Testing, and Painting of Oil and Gas Valves
- Inspection of production components and recording of heat codes
- Ensure WO’s are charged with time to complete task for production
- Ability to understand basic drawings provided for production
- Ensure production targets are met hourly, daily, monthly, and annually
- Work with power tools, lift tables, and hand tools
- Crane Operation
- Forklift Operation
- Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work with management to implement on an ongoing basis
- Interact and maintain a positive working relationship with the Team
- Comply with all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO / API requirements
- Complete any and all task assigned by Management
