Sparkling Solutions is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Residential & Airbnb Cleaner to join our growing team serving Barry's Bay, Combermere, Palmer Rapids, Golden Lake, Eganville, Maynooth , and surrounding areas in Renfrew County.
This position involves cleaning residential homes, Airbnb properties, cottages, move-in/move-out cleans, and deep cleaning projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Reliable transportation is required. Employees must be able to independently travel to client locations throughout Barry's Bay, Madawaska Valley, and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards
Complete Airbnb turnover cleans within designated timeframes
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail-clean surfaces
Restock supplies and prepare properties for guests when required Follow client-specific cleaning instructions and checklists
Report maintenance concerns, damages, or issues to management Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and ability to travel independently to job sites
Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
Smartphone with access to text messaging and company communication apps
Residential cleaning experience is an asset but not required
