Lead Handyman Technician / Multi-Skilled Craftsman
Location: Vancouver, BC
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Permanent
Pay: $40–$50+ per hour (inclusive of performance bonuses and vehicle allowance), with additional commission for identifying and closing on-site service enhancements.

We're growing Vancouver's premier handyman repair and maintenance brand, and we're looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented tradesperson who takes genuine pride in their craft.

What You'll Be Doing
- Complete a Diverse Range of Projects: Drywall repairs and finishing, door installation and adjustment, carpentry, tile repair, grouting and caulking, deck and fence repairs, and flooring repair and installation — the full spectrum of quality residential and commercial maintenance.
- Representing the Brand on Site: Conduct thorough walkthroughs with clients, confidently identifying additional home care needs, explaining the solutions, and closing on-site add-ons to boost your own commission earnings.
- Delivering a 5-Star Experience: Proactively communicate with clients, set clear expectations before making a single cut, and leave every workspace cleaner than you found it.
- Own your day: Manage your route with strong time discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Stay Organized and Accountable: Use our CRM to log job notes, updates, and photos — keeping every project documented, every client informed, and every close-out seamless.
Who Thrives Here
- Experienced: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or professional home maintenance.
- Detailed-Oriented: You notice the details that others miss. A 1/16th-inch gap bothers you.
- Professional: You are punctual, well-spoken, clean-shaved/tidy, and presentable. You understand that how you do the work matters just as much as the work itself.
- Equipped: You own a reliable, clean truck or cargo van and a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Credentials: You hold a valid BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract and can pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
