About the Role
Mariani & Associates is seeking a Psychological Associate (Registered or Qualifying) to join our clinical team.
This role is designed for registered clinicians or clinicians that are working toward full registration, offering therapy and assessment experience within a structured and supervised environment across diverse client populations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct psychological and/or psychoeducational assessments under supervision (as required)
- Assist in report writing, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical supervision
- Collaborate with clinic staff and external providers
- Support coordinated and continuous care
Work Structure
- Full-time, in-person role in Greater Sudbury
- Structured caseload with consistent referrals
- Administrative and intake support provided
- Supervision available in accordance with CPBAO requirements
Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree (M.A., M.Sc.) in Psychology or related field [Required]
Registration
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of post-Master’s clinical experience [Preferred]
Clinical Skills
- Experience in therapy and/or psychological assessment
- Developing competency in diagnosis and treatment planning
Therapeutic Approaches
- Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, IPT, EFT)
Other Requirements
- Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check [Required]
Compensation
- Compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and registration status
- Structured caseload to support clinical development
