Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident behind the chair, skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling, and passionate about building lasting relationships with clients.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional cutting, coloring, balayage, styling, and finishing services
- Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized recommendations
- Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable client experience
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service
- Recommend and educate clients on professional retail products and at-home hair care
- Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to all sanitation and safety standards
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a positive and supportive salon culture
- Assist with salon operations and front desk support when needed
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Hair Stylist with proven salon experience
- Senior or Master Stylist level preferred
- Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, blonding, and styling services
- Excellent communication and consultation abilities
- Passion for client care and relationship building
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong retail and upselling skills
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
- Experience working in a high-end or established salon environment is considered an asset
