Job Overview
This flexible, part-time hybrid role (approximately 16–24 hours per week, weekday and weekend shifts during office hours) is ideal for a motivated Physiotherapy Assistant and Front Desk Administrative Assistant who enjoys supporting both patient care and clinic operations. The successful candidate will work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare providers to assist with prescribed rehabilitation programs, support a welcoming and efficient patient experience, and manage day-to-day reception responsibilities.
This opportunity is especially well suited to an internationally educated physiotherapist pursuing registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) and seeking relevant Canadian clinic experience. The role requires confidence working in a busy multidisciplinary environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to support patients in more than one language. Fluency in English plus Hindi and Punjabi is strongly preferred. Prior clinic experience is an asset; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for successful candidates with strong foundational skills.
