About Solve Roofing
Roofing is one of the most consistent, high-demand industries in Canada, and we are building the company that leads it. Solve Roofing delivers residential roofing projects across Western Canada, and we are expanding market by market with a clear plan and a team that executes. This is an early enough stage that the people who join now will shape how we grow, and a big enough opportunity that the upside is real. If you want to be part of building something that matters, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You run the job.
As Lead Shingler, you own the full roofing install from start to finish. From the moment the crew arrives on site to the final nail sweep and sign-off, you are responsible for execution, quality, safety, and output.
You are not just installing shingles - you are running a production crew on a live job site.
Every outcome on that roof reflects your leadership.
What You Will Own
- Leading full roof installs from tear-off to final inspection
- Running and directing your crew on site
- Ensuring all work meets Solve Roofing quality standards
- Managing pace, safety, and efficiency throughout the day
- Reviewing scope and materials before work begins
- Identifying and escalating scope changes or site issues
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Completing final walkthroughs and QA checks before sign-off
- Ensuring all sites are left spotless (no nails, no debris, no exceptions)
Who You Are
- Strong leader who can direct a crew under pressure
- Detail-focused and quality-driven
- Comfortable making decisions on site
- Able to hold standards without supervision
- Fast, efficient, and disciplined in execution
- Respected by crews because you set the tone
- Calm when problems come up and solution-focused
You do not need to be the loudest person on site - but you do need to be the one who controls the standard.
