Driver / Yard Crew – VIP Portable Washrooms

Overview:We’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in doing things properly. This role is a mix of driving, setup, cleaning, and yard work—making sure every unit that leaves our yard is ready to impress.
At VIP, details matter. Clean, stocked, and fully functional isn’t optional—it’s the standard.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Clean and sanitize washroom trailers and portable units to VIP standards
- Fully stock each unit (toilet paper, soap, paper towel, etc.) before dispatch
- Test all systems (water, flushing, lighting, pumps) to ensure everything works properly
- Load, deliver, set up, and pick up washroom trailers and portable units
- Handle fresh flush units and portable toilets with the same level of care and detail
- Follow our SOPs to maintain consistency across every job
- Keep the yard organized, clean, and efficient
- Flag any damage, maintenance issues, or low inventory right away
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (experience towing trailers is a big asset)
- Comfortable driving, backing up, and setting trailers in different environments
- Physically capable (lifting, cleaning, working outdoors in all conditions)
- Strong attention to detail—this role is about doing things right
- Someone who can follow systems, but also think on their feet
- Reliable, on time, and able to work independently

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
