Samimsa Cleaning Inc. provides cleaning services in Vancouver, BC. We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager to help develop new client relationships, support service growth, and manage sales activities for our cleaning services.

This role is focused on finding new commercial cleaning opportunities, following up with potential clients, preparing service proposals, and helping the company maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with business clients.
What You Will Do
- Identify and contact potential commercial cleaning clients
- Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with leads
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service information for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Track sales activity, client communication, and follow-up tasks
- Work with management to understand client needs and service capacity
- Help develop local sales strategies for cleaning services
- Support client retention and service renewal opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications
What We Are Looking For
- Previous sales, business development, account management, or client service experience is preferred
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, property services, hospitality, or another service-based industry is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems
- Able to work full-time hours
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $72,000–$87,000 per year
- Full-time employment
