Project Manager / Estimator
Leachman’s Plumbing & Heating is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing projects from estimating and quoting through completion while ensuring exceptional client service and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing estimates, quotations, and project proposals
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Coordinating schedules, manpower, and project timelines
- Supervising and supporting field teams
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors ect.
- Coordinating with administrative personnel to ensure smooth project execution
- Managing project documentation and communication
- Assisting with invoicing coordination and project close-outs
- Monitoring budgets, timelines, and project progress to ensure successful completion
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project management, estimating, or construction coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and project management software
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Position Requirements
- Frequent travel is required
- Extended work hours, overtime, and weekend work may be required as needed
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and clients
