We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Associate at our Stephenville, NL location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service when assisting customers, both in-person and on the phone, answering their questions and helping them find merchandise to complete their project
- Complete sales transactions using registers, scanners and credit card/debit card terminals
- Prepare estimates/quotations
- Continually learn and expand knowledge of product offering to effectively support customer needs
- Create and replenish product displays
- Ensure retail space is clean, tidy and hazard free
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers

- Has knowledge of building materials

- Is willing to learn and use computers
Previous experience in building supply/hardware sales would be considered an asset, however, is not essential.
