Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Subcontractors to provide exceptional residential cleaning and Airbnb turnover services. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties and Airbnb listings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Prepare properties for new guests or residents by ensuring spaces are spotless and well-organized
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure each property is fully equipped for incoming guests or residents
- Adhere to specific client instructions regarding cleaning preferences and special requests
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while working efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding service completion or any issues encountered during cleaning
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly
Skills
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled windows
- Exceptional organizational skills to keep track of multiple properties and client preferences
