We are a Fraser Valley-based irrigation contractor looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Irrigation Estimator / Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role focuses on supporting residential and commercial clients primarily through phone and email communication, preparing accurate estimates, and helping customers identify efficient irrigation solutions that meet their property’s needs. Occasional site visits may be required when additional scope clarification is needed.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
We specialize in residential service work and commercial irrigation installations across the Fraser Valley. Our projects range from residential systems to large-scale commercial developments.
Recently, we completed the irrigation system installation at BC Stadium, a 2026 FIFA World Cup venue. The project was managed by Pavco and delivered through Wilco, demonstrating our ability to execute high-performance systems to strict specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service and sales inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals
- Assess project requirements through digital information and occasional site visits when required
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, repairs, and water-saving improvements
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with office staff and field technicians to ensure smooth project execution
- Track sales activities and maintain organized records
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills (phone/email focused)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
- Experience in irrigation, landscaping, construction, or sales is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage is based on experience and demonstrated ability, ranging from $20–$35 per hour.
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 3 months:
