The bar at Bar Chouette is the heartbeat of our space. We’re currently searching for dedicated, career-minded Bartenders who excel at the intersection of sharp technical skill and genuine, engaging hospitality.
We want professionals who take pride in a clean workspace, know how to manage a high-volume service ticket well without breaking a sweat, and can curate a memorable experience for the guests sitting right in front of them.

- Beverage Curiosity: You possess a strong foundation in spirits, classic cocktails, and wine, alongside a desire to keep learning and sharing that knowledge approachably.
- Proactive Awareness: You anticipate needs before they happen—whether that’s prepping the next batch, keeping the service well flawless, or greeting a guest the moment they sit down.
