Administrative Assistant / Operations Assistant
Hunter Gather Services is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of multiple growing businesses.
This is not your typical desk job. Every day is different, and the ideal candidate enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping keep things organized behind the scenes.
You will work directly with ownership and assist with a wide range of administrative, customer service, bookkeeping, scheduling, and operational tasks. If you're someone who enjoys wearing many hats and helping businesses run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries
- Create and send invoices, estimates, and contracts
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping and general financial record keeping
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate with customers, staff, contractors, and vendors
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
- Help with social media, marketing, and online listings as needed
- Complete miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as they arise
- Help identify and improve systems, processes, and organization
What We're Looking For

- Friendly and professional with customers
- QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Administrative, customer service, bookkeeping, or office experience is an asset
