Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site organization
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers safely and efficiently
- Perform paving tasks, including laying asphalt or concrete as required for projects
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards at all times
- Assist with the installation of structures, framing, or other building components
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
- Support team members in completing construction tasks on schedule and within project specifications
Requirements
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively is a plus
- Knowledge of paving techniques and procedures is desirable
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are advantageous but not required
